No grocery store lines or searching for recipes!
We’ve done all the footwork and we will deliver your Thanksgiving box to a convenient pick-up location near you.
For $129 you will receive a box that will feed 6-8 people and includes the recipes and nearly all ingredients needed to make 7 side dishes and a pie. Add on a local, pastured turkey to complete your meal!
All the produce, flour, eggs, and dairy will come from your community of farmers in the Snoqualmie Valley and all contents are from within 170 miles of Seattle.
The Menu
Serve your guests some delicious Delicata Squash Fries while you lay out an impressive spread including Potato Parsnip Puree, Brown Butter Kale, Brussels Sprouts with Molasses, and Roasted Roots. Unveil your bird or bird alternative alongside Cranberry Sauce and Rustic Bread Stuffing with Dried Cherries, Hazelnuts, and Shiitake Mushrooms. Pumpkin Pie made with local flour provides the perfect finish.
The Ingredients
Your box will contain: Thyme, Shallots, Potatoes, Parsnips, Pumpkin, Parsley, Shiitake Mushrooms, Kale, Garlic, Carrots, Brussels Sprouts, Delicata Squash, Beets, Rutabaga, Bread, Butter, Cream, Eggs, Cranberries, Dried Cherries, Hazelnuts, and Flour.

The Turkey
Our friends at Falling River Meats have carefully been tending their pastured flock of turkeys for you! A $100 deposit goes towards the price of your turkey, which we can deliver with your Thanksgiving Box. You will be billed for the remainder you owe after harvest. Turkeys are $8 a pound. Small finished birds tend to weigh between 5 and 12 lbs and large finished birds tend to weigh between 15 and 26 lbs.
